Henry Ford said, “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you are right!”
The little voice in your head has a significant role in your life.

When we think positive thoughts about ourselves we tend to experience positive emotions and when we think negative thoughts, we tend to experience negative emotions.

When we focus our attention on our imperfections or mistakes, our mood is bad. Everything is wrong: our clothes are not appropriate for the occasion, our hair is uncombed, people are not kind to us, and any unexpected event becomes a significant problem.

We only want to be as snug as a bug in a rug in our private cocoon!

During the day, we have to bear in mind to say kind words to ourselves.
Kind words open our mind and improve our mood.

When you have kind words for yourself, you feel better, you trust yourself, you think you are brave enough and focused on your personal growth.

It’s not easy to speak and think positively about yourself. It requires a lot of practice, but with some practical advice it will be easier.

Think about the words you use when you are speaking about yourself. Are the words often negative?

Do you think of yourself positively?

Pay attention to the words you use and try to replace them with more positive descriptions. Thoughts like, “I look tired” can change into “I ‘m active and healthy.”

Some examples for you:

  • I love myself.
  • I am strong.
  • My smile is beautiful.
  • Every day, I am becoming better
  • I am happy with who I am.
  • All my problems have a solution.
  • I accept myself.
  • I choose to be proud of myself.
  • I will do my best in all things.
  • I want to take care of myself.
  • I can do it.
  • Today will be a good day.
  • I’m grateful.

One way to focus on the positive aspects of yourself is to repeat a good sentence over and over during the day.

Every morning choose a sentence and try to keep it in mind the whole day. You can write it in your daily planner or on your phone and repeat it sometimes.

Kind words can improve your life!
