Living a happy life means knowing yourself. It seems a simple truth, but it's not easy to do.
Although everybody know this, a lot of people have difficulty with it.

I started my path in my 30's. In my first 30 years, I was disconnected from myself and a deep frustration lived in my heart. Self-discovery has helped me to open my heart to myself and my journey has not finished yet.

Every day I know myself a little bit more.

I am fascinated by myself because there isn't another person like me in the world and as the same is true for you.

We are a blend of genetic code, experiences, education, events,  a lot of relationships and a lot of dreams,

We are unique, and this idea is very powerful.

Knowing yourself is the process of understanding yourself on a deep level.
The truth is that knowing yourself brings you face-to-face with your insecurities and weaknesses, and this can scare you.

It's like waking up from a dream, and you can feel a sense of loss but after a while, you can feel a sense of relief because it is your REAL life.

You can know your hurts and fears but also joys and successes.

Self-discovery means revealing the experiences of your childhood that have shaped you, positive and negative. Self-discovery means knowing your values, personality, priorities, habits, strengths, passions, fears and desires.

It's a long journey but when you know yourself you can dance with the stars!! You become your own best friend!

Knowing and accepting that you are who you are is the best gift for your life and the earlier you accept this and get on with it, the easier and sweeter your life will be.

When you are ready to start your journey, plan time to spend alone. Find a quiet place, make a nice cup of tea. Clear your mind of noise and dive into yourself!

Start a personal journal. Writing down your thoughts, ideas and deepest desires has a powerful effect on your life.

Immerse yourself in solitude.
Give yourself some time and space to get away from conversations, noise and the media.
Take some time each day to go for a walk and think.
Question yourself.
Ask yourself questions and record or write your answers.
Listen and trust your inner voice.

A healthy person continues to reinvent themselves throughout their life.

Instead of questioning who you ought to be, focus on who you are now.
