The main thing I learned from a difficult period is to listen to my body. Sometimes it's your body's way of saying "if you don't take a break, I'm going to make it impossible for you to continue - to FORCE you to have a break" In those cases there really isn't a quick fix. You have to listen to your body, be extra kind to yourself.

One of my favourite ways to take care of myself is savouring moment with every sense and thoughts. Feeling and enjoying the moment. Everywhere. I focus on some details of my experience with all my senses trying to live a full, intense and complete moment of my life.
To love yourself you need to be proud of yourself.
To be proud of yourself, you need to become the best version of yourself. Soul, body and mind. You have to prove to yourself that you are “that person”.
Self-care at work is essential, especially when you are under a lot of pressure. Instead of thinking about self-care as a longer break or vacation that only happens once or twice a year, take some relaxing moments for yourself every day, even if just for five minutes. You deserve it.

Truth is that there is no real hurry. There’s only the life we create for ourselves through stuff and busy plans. Just because society is always in a hurry, does not mean we have to be.
